because it does not work!!!!

- Can not get a phone and now you are saying i am not in there ok

My sim network provider is locked n i still have my sim n need to get it re-activated so i can use my phone

Be weary
phone says no service/out of service range. sent in a repair ticket plus contacted costumer service.

I had the worst luck ever
I'm trying to take my. terracom card and put it inside of a Sprint phone. I need the device unlock to use it.

Being lied to multiple times
I have been lied to about multiple things by many of their employees.
I left assist wireless because of all the B.S. and now I am finding out that terracom is as bad if not worse.
DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY TELL YOU UNTIL YOU FIND OUT FOR SURE FROM THESE ***

Im not sure. I left my phone at a friends house for a couple days and when I got it back it wont work. It says no service sim wont allow mms#2

Puk code to sim
I accidentally locked my sim card and it requires a puk unlock code to restore my sim.
Preferred solution: Give me the puk unlock code
Pitiful customer service
My phone keeps getting suspended and when I call in they tell me it at my request. Arguing me that I called in and requested this now I have to reapply basically and send them my proof of income photo id and it takes 48 hours. SMH clearly you should investi these kind of request before suspending the line
