Posting on FACEBOOK, will get you nowhere at all. TERRACOM Inc., is a company set up
by three crooks from Guthrie, Oklahoma, who decided that the LIFELINE program was, by far, the best and least expensive way to engage the U.
S. Government, who is an inept joke in the first place, and march into their " get rich quick " scheme. LIFELINE has been around, for quite a while. It is easy to become a LIFELINE provider.
You don't have to prove anything to anyone. Have a bank account, be able to set up a phony sales organization,
hire some high-school drop-outs to read a sales script of total baloney, make it sound like as if you're doing the customer a HUGE favor, sign them up, and sit back at your desk, in your air-conditioned office, and let America's poor make you WEALTHY, from the dollars the government has yanked away from WAL-MART workers, letter carriers, grocery clerks, and people who staff your nearest McDonald's franchise.
LIFELINE is top-heavy with crooks who all thought the same exact thing : Make Millions, and go South with money you never earned. Thanks.

Phone suspended
Try to place phone call it sd account was suspended. Called spoke to someone who told me it was at my request and I will have to email my paperwork to reactivate.
I did. 5 days now still no phone
TERRACOM WIRELESS: LIARS, CHEATS, THIEVES.
I have been with TERRACOM WIRELESS, a so-called LIFELINE
PROVIDER, in OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOMA, since 2013.
Their history is one of theft, misfeasance, malfeasance, deliberate
misbehavior with taxpayer funds, criminal malfeasance, public
corruption, investigation by the FBI, and being dragged into
a Federal Court in Maryland, by United States Attorneys. They
were made to pay a ONE MILLION DOLLAR FINE, by the Judge,
and they actually paid more. Total restitution they paid to
the United States Treasury : ONE MILLION, FOUR HUNDRED
THOUSAND DOLLARS.
Service interruptions. The crappiest, cheapest, sorriest customer
service contractor they could possibly find. They run this
so-called business, as if it were a Casa Nostra money laundering
project. The legal trouble they found themselves in, apparently
was not enough to convince the TERRACOM leadership, to cut
the crap, and run their LIFELINE business, according to
USAC and FEDERAL guidelines.
The IMMEDIATE PROBLEM : Service interruption. Second problem,
they won't take my Capital One Credit Cards. There is a BLOCK, an ILLEGAL block, on my account, somewhere, by someone,
and it is ILLEGAL. I am entitled to buy minutes, if I am low on
minutes. And my payment methods are BLOCKED ILLEGALLY.
And, TERRACOM is going to clean up this nonsense, or, they'll
find out that this LIFELINE SUBSCRIBER, will do exactly what he
says he will do. At this moment, I cannot make calls, or receive
calls. THAT IS ILLEGAL. I am a United States taxpayer. As such,
I have the right, the legal, ethical right, as a REGISTERED, LAWFUL
LIFELINE SUBSCRIBER, to use my handset to access LIFELINE service.
I have notified USAC of TERRACOM'S ILLEGAL chicanery. USAC
knows, full well, of TERRACOM's illegal and unlawful behavior.
The TERRACOM leadership should be warned, that this behavior
will not go unpunished. Advice, and a warning, to people that
should know better, by now.

Phone isnt working
Got the phone at a tent setup and that tent is no longer here. Tried calling and just keep getting a repeat automated no matter what buttons I push.
