On December 20 2012 I signed up with Terracom Wireless to get cell phone service designed for seniors, today May 09/2013 I am still waiting for the $45.00 I paid for a cell phone that did not work.
What a lousy service, I signed up, purchased a phone from them I got the phone about a month later, that phone did not work, I called and they sent me another one which they sell for 15 dollars less, this phone did not work either.
I cancelled the service over two months ago and they have not send me the refund yet.
I wrote a formal complain with the FTC/ Consumer Protection Agency.
